Returns and Refunds
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, items purchased on the justepyc.com online shop can be returned for withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
To take advantage of the right of return within the 14-day period, it is not necessary to give reasons for your decision.
All, and only, Consumers, i.e. only natural persons who act for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity, have the right to return for withdrawal.
How do I make a return?
To exercise the right of return you will need to contact our Customer Service via our assistance chat, or by writing an email to info@justepyc.com.
The Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible, providing you with all the instructions on how to return the products.
Is the return free?
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return shipment of the product is at your expense.
You can choose to send the return with a courier of your choice, or you can rely on our Customer Service, who will organize the collection and shipment on your behalf via our affiliated express courier.
- In case of return from Italy, the shipping service costs €9.00, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
- In case of return from other european country, the shipping service costs €19.00, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
How should I pack the product?
The item must be intact and returned in its original packaging.
To limit damage, we recommend placing the original packaging in a second box, and in any case you must avoid affixing labels or adhesive tape directly to the original packaging of the product.
Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as it is delivered to our office, a quality check will be carried out on the returned product.
Once the check has been passed, you will then be refunded, within 14 days, through the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
In case of purchase paid by cash on delivery, you will necessarily have to communicate your bank details (IBAN of your current account), by writing an email to info@justepyc.com. We will then proceed to make the refund by bank transfer.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If you have received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible, by contacting our Customer Service via our assistance chat, or by writing an email to info@justepyc.com
Customer Service will contact you as soon as possible to organize the replacement or repair of the product, at no additional cost to you.
