Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) – Registrations and Environmental Compliance

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) – Registrations and Environmental Compliance
This page summarises the environmental compliance information relating to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for products sold under the EPYC brand, with particular reference to:
WEEE / EEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment)
Batteries and accumulators (including those incorporated in products)
Packaging (primary, secondary and tertiary, where applicable)

End-of-life instructions and separate collection

WEEE (UPS and electrical/electronic components)
Electrical and electronic products must not be disposed of with unsorted household waste. They must be taken to:
• municipal collection centres (recycling centres), or
• authorised collection/return points.

With the purchase of a new device on justepyc.com, you are entitled to the free collection of an equivalent WEEE item.
You may also choose to dispose of the WEEE free of charge on your own at your local municipal collection centre / ecological collection point.
If you wish to use the ‘one-to-one’ collection service organized by EPYC UPS, please contact customer service after placing your order and before delivery.

Batteries and accumulators (built-in or sold separately)
Batteries/accumulators must not be dispersed into the environment and must not be disposed of with unsorted waste. They must be taken to:
• dedicated collection containers (e.g., at retail points, municipal collection centres or authorised operators), or
• local take-back channels activated depending on the country.

Packaging
Packaging must be separated by material and disposed of via separate collection according to the rules of the municipality/country of delivery (paper, plastic, metal, wood, etc.).
Where applicable, packaging and/or product documentation provides useful instructions for correct disposal.

EPR registration numbers and country-specific information

General note: depending on the country and the relevant compliance scheme, the numbers/IDs may be registered either directly in the name of G-Tec Europe S.R.L. or in the name of the Authorised Representative appointed locally. In all cases, they refer to EPR compliance for EPYC-branded products placed on the market in the relevant country.
