Regulatory and administrative compliance
Legal requirements and accreditations. EPYC is duly registered with the Companies Register (CCIAA) and holds a VAT number, PEC certified email, digital signature, and SPID/CIE identity for interaction with public portals.
We are accredited for the relevant product categories on MEPA, in compliance with Consip requirements.
Public Procurement Code – Legislative Decree 36/2023. We operate in full compliance with the New Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023).
Self-declarations regarding general requirements and the absence of exclusion grounds under Articles 94 and following are duly prepared and available for verification by contracting authorities.
Social security compliance (DURC). EPYC holds a valid DURC certificate, a key requirement for participation in public procurement procedures and for payment processing by Public Administration bodies.
Payment traceability – Law 136/2010. All payments are processed through dedicated accounts linked to public contracts, in compliance with Law 136/2010 and ANAC guidelines.
Each invoice and payment correctly includes the CIG and, where required, the CUP, ensuring full traceability throughout the supply chain.
Electronic invoicing to Public Administration. We issue FatturaPA electronic invoices in XML format via SDI, in line with the requirements of the Italian Revenue Agency.
Each invoice includes the Unique Office Code (IPA), CIG, and CUP where applicable.
Complete and accurate data ensures smooth processing and avoids delays in payment.
Split payment (VAT split payment mechanism). We correctly apply the split payment mechanism currently in force for Public Administration.
The applicable VAT regime is verified on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of contracting authority.
